Incentives

Arizona residential incentives for solar electric are at an all time high and cover a substantial portion of the system costs. There are upfront utility incentives, federal tax credits, and state tax credits. Return on your investment is in the range of 10% after taxes or about a 9-10 year payback period. Arizona Commercial Utility Incentive options

PBI (Performance Based Incentive)- 50% of your system will be paid back in quarterly installments over 10-15 years
UFI (Up Front Incentive)- $/watt paid as a check to the customer from the utility and typically carried by the installer as partial payment.
